📦 Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • During high volume periods, such as holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (Domestic U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain threshold (e.g., $50). Any such promotion will be clearly stated on the site.

Note: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather events, or other issues once a package is in transit.

📍 Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship only within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the shipping provider or via your account on our website.

❗Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly or file a police report.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at cami@coffeeinthecountry.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
