About this Recipe
This Garlic Butter Oven Baked Salmon is so tasty, and you would never know it only takes 30 minutes to make!
I stumbled upon a version of this recipe years ago - so long ago that I can't even remember where I found it!
And since then, I've been making small changes until I can confidently say it is the best salmon recipe you'll find!
What I love most about this recipe is that it has so much wonderful flavor, but it doesn't take long to make.
That is especially helpful when you've had a long day and are looking for a tasty salmon dish that is easy to make and that you can have ready in less than an hour.
How to Enjoy
I love pairing this salmon with crispy pan-fried sweet potatoes with a sweet molasses drizzle.
You could serve other sides such as creamy mashed potatoes or traditional homestyle French fries for extra comfort to your meal!
Recipe Tips
# 1 - I like to make little boats out of tin foil to place the salmon filets in while cooking to reduce mess while cleaning up!
# 2 - The USDA recommends cooking seafood to an internal temperature of 145°F. Keep a kitchen thermometer handy to make sure your salmon filets are fully cooked and ready to enjoy!
